Is the shipping cost included?

Yes, shipping costs are included in our Standard Retrieval Kits. We offer a flat-rate pay-as-you-go pricing model, which covers the cost of shipping the package to your employee and includes a prepaid return label for the return address. This ensures a seamless and cost-effective solution for your company-issued equipment retrieval needs.

Do I need to sign up for an account?

No, an account is not required to utilize our Retrieval Kits. You have the option to use these services as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for added benefits. With an account, you gain access to tracking visibility and a comprehensive history of all your retrievals, offering a more streamlined and informed experience.

Is the service available globally?

Our Retrieval Kit services are currently within the United States and Canada. At this time, we only support shipping to and from these two countries, butwe'reactively exploring expansion into additional regions in the future.

How long does shipping take for returns?

We ship the retrieval kits within 1 business day of receiving your order. It will then typically take 2-7 days for the kit to arrive at your employee’s address, and an additional 2-7 days for the equipment return to arrive at your designated company address once your employee ships it. (Note: transit times may be a bit slower or faster depending on carrier shipping volumes and distance).

What retrieval services are offered?

Currently, our Retrieval Kit service only supports Laptops, Tablets and Cell Phones. We’re consistently looking into expanding our service offerings to better assist businesses like yours.

What happens if my employee doesn't return the equipment?

Our device Retrieval Kits is thoughtfully designed to help your employee, and you return company-issued devices safely and easily. We will provide every effort to make sure your employee sends back their device by conducting friendly reminders, and we’ll attempt to communicate with them by phone and email. If we’re unable to receive any communication from your employee after 5 phone call and 5 email attempts, we’ll let you know. Because we provide our full service when we fulfill your order, we are unable to issue refunds for our services in the event that your employee doesn’t return their device.
